The Elect Her: UConn Women Win Training will be held from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, February 1st, 2019, at the Women’s Center. This training will demystify the campaign process and teach you how to develop and communicate an effective message, how to reach out to your constituency, and how to win a campaign. Our aim is to increase women’s representation in political leadership. State Representative Jillian Gilchrest will be our keynote speaker.
This event is being sponsored nationally by Running Start, and on-campus sponsored by the Women’s Center.
There is a limited amount of spaces available on a first come, first served basis.
