WGSS 3271 is a one-credit seminar that meets once a week during the Spring semester intended to provide students with the skills to become a VAWPP Peer Facilitator in the Fall. The class focuses on facilitation skills and gender-based violence prevention, alongside feminist theory, intersectionality, and other pertinent social justice topics. The class meets on Wednesday from 2:30 – 4 p.m. and is only open to first year students, sophomores, and juniors who will be returning to the Storrs campus next Fall.
