Stephanie is graduating with a bachelor of fine arts in Design and Technical Theater with a concentration in Technical Direction. She is described by her nominators as “a leader in her class and an excellent student.” She was awarded the Annual Dramatic Arts Talent Scholarship and is a two-time recipient of the Krenicki Arts & Engineering Scholarship. Stephanie was also an Edward Victor Grant Scholarship Finalist.
Serving as the President of the UConn student chapter of the United States Institute for Theatre Technology, Stephanie has been a key figure in a preeminent national organization that connects students, professionals, and educators across the field. Since 2019, Stephanie has served as an Assistant Technical Director at Connecticut Repertory Theatre, and last year participated in the Williamstown Theatre Festival as an Associate Technical Director.
Stephanie’s Senior Design Project demonstrates her professionalism and ingenuity. She is working on a Reduced-Gravity Simulator for Field Environments –Mobil Frame System X-HAB, which was sponsored by NASA.
After graduation, when she is not caring for her plants, cheering on the Boston Red Soxs, and attending concerts, Stephanie will be the Coordinator in Technical Production & Course Design at the Drone Racing League.
