This session incorporates a guided social identity exercise to support women’s self-reflection and shared learning. Participants will examine how identity, authenticity, and empowerment intersect in professional spaces and explore practical tools for everyday practice.

 

Responding to Disclosures and Supporting Survivors of Gender Based Violence

The vast majority of students, staff, and faculty have had some experience with gender-based violence in their lives. They continue to carry this trauma with them as they navigate life on campus. This workshop will provide participants with practical tools for responding to disclosures of and supporting survivors.
