Amy Carlosviza

Amy is graduating from Norwich Free Academy. Starting UConn in the Fall pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Economics.  She is a selfless young woman who contributes to her community in a variety of inspiring and heartwarming ways. Amy has spent her time putting together over a hundred care bags for the homeless, and light of recent world events, she has also extended her hand in assisting with the making of perigeos to raise a considerable amount of funds for the Ukraine refugees. Among handwritten and handcrafted thank you cards for both veterans and nurses during hard times, Amy has also poured her heart into making blankets for chemo patients.

Amy has also been awarded the East Coast Conference Scholar athlete award, as well as a Norwich Free Academy award, recognizing her sports conduct, achievement, fitness, pride, loyalty, leadership, fellowship and sportsmanship. This young woman also went above and beyond within classroom walls as well. Amy was also a member of the National Spanish, Science, and was a part of the honors society.

As her love for community service is evident, Amy loves to take pictures of the sky, cook, and bake as well. When she is not doing all three at once, Amy aspires to make it into law school and eventually become a lawyer.
